Crystal Shapeshifters

Introduction

Crystal Shapeshifters are a slayer monster found on Tarddiad and are accessible via the World Gate (looks like the number 1), they can be assigned by Morvran or Laniakea after the completion of The Light Within quest. Crystal Shapeshifters will change their attacking style to what your armour is weakest against (if this is equal, attack styles will be random).

⬥ Slayer Codex     • Once 50 souls are added, it can be used to teleport to the Sunken Pyramid ⬥ Sixth-Age circuit     • Used to teleport to the World Gate if doing the Tarddiad method ⬥ Each piece of crystal armour worn increases the drop rate of the Ancient elven wedding ring     • Attuned crystal armour boosts this drop rate massively

Location and How to Get there

⬥ If killing Crystal Shapeshifters in Tarddiad use option 2 on to select the World Gate.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• Make sure to attune the World Gate to Tarddiad.

⬥ If killing Crystal Shapeshifters in the Sunken Pyramid use a

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• Relocating your house to Menaphos and using a teleport to house tablet also works.

Method: Tarddiad

⬥ Make sure you toggle on aggression by speaking to Angof on Tarddiad (north, near the camp fire).

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• This makes the Crystal Shapeshifters permanently aggressive and eliminates the need for

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• If you find yourself getting dragged around then simply return back to the position shown above when convenient.
