Abyssal beasts are a higher level alternative for Abyssal Slayer creature assignments. They are mainly killed for Slayer tasks, the Senntisten collection log, combat / item experience, profit, and

⬥ Abyssal beasts can be assigned as a Slayer assignment by Mandrith, Laniakea, Morvran, Kuradal, Duradel, Sumona, and The Raptor.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• Abyssal beasts specific tasks may be assigned by Mandrith.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• Demon cluster tasks also work, they may be assigned by Laniakea, and The Raptor.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎⬩ Laniakea assigns almost twice as many.

⬥ The level 35 Wilderness location yields the highest kph.

Useful Items and Unlocks

Owning the following increases the efficiency of your sessions, but is by no means mandatory.

Items

⬥ Slayer Codex     • Once 50 souls are added, it can be used to teleport to the Sunken Pyramid. ⬥ Portable obelisk / Obelisk shard     • Allows for an easy teleport to the lvl 35 wilderness obelisk. ⬥ Demon horn necklace and attuned ectoplasmator     • Helps sustain your prayer. ⬥ Dwarven siege engine or Kinetic cyclone     • Make sure to have the Restocking Cannon ability unlocked.

Other

⬥ Armour perked with Demon Slayer     • +7% damage against demons. ⬥ Stone of Jas buff     • 3% damage bonus for 4 hours after visiting the cave. ⬥ Infernal Puzzle Box (tier 6)     • 14% damage reduction and 9% damage increase whilst in the Wilderness.         ⬩ This effect scales with the tier of your puzzle box.     • Tier 6 allows you to put it in your tool belt.

Location and How to Get there

Abyssal beasts can be fought in the Senntisten Asylum, the Wilderness, or the Sunken Pyramid.

Senntisten Asylum

⬥ If killing Abyssal beasts at the Senntisten Asylum, use a

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• Go to the second room of the Senntisten Asylum and position yourself 5 tiles east of the west drain.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• Place 4 tiles east of you.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎⬩ If using an place it 3 tiles north of you.

Level 35 Wilderness

⬥ If killing Abyssal beasts at the level 35 Wilderness location, use a

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• Go just north of the level 35 Wilderness obelisk and position yourself 2 tiles north of the skeleton.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• Place 1 tile north, and 9 tiles east of the skeleton.

Sunken Pyramid

⬥ If killing Abyssal beasts in the Sunken Pyramid, use a

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• Relocating your house to Menaphos and using a teleport to house tablet also works.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• Place 5 Abyssal beasts in the small room, and position yourself 7 tiles south of the northern statue.

Before loading your and starting the session, check the following:

⬥ Use Stone of Jas boost at the level 35 Wilderness location.

⬥ Senntisten asylum offers more kph than Wilderness, but requires cannon to maintain kph.
