Introduction

Flesh-hatcher Mhekarnahz is a stalker boss located in the Wilderness and requires 40 dungeoneering to fight. Unlike other stalker creatures, 71 slayer is not required. This encounter is aimed at lower levels and introduces movement as a mechanic which players must react to and avoid.

Attack Rotation

3 magic auto → 3x3 range square → 4 magic auto → 3x waves → 4 magic auto

3x3 range square → 4 magic auto → 3x waves → 4 magic auto → minions → repeat

Notes:

Bar fills up per each auto, Mhekarnahz does a mechanic when bar is full

After minions it will be 4 magic autos

If you have limitless, you can replace grim with underworldgrimoire4 and skip using berserker by adding limitless cane to the end of the rotation for consistent sub 11.4 sec kills with far less cost of supplies, however vulnbomb is required for consistency.

Alternates rotations and aims for 10s-18s kill times, camping inside the instance
